  1. Director of Information Systems
    Clearwater Power Company is seeking a Director of Information Systems responsible for all design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of software and hardware used to support Clearwater Power Company’s operations.

    This individual installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, is responsible for cyber-security and supports end users. Diagnoses and troubleshoots technology problems, both in person and remotely as necessary, on a wide range of computing, mobile and office equipment devices. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs IP-based phone system. The successful candidate will foster a team-oriented work environment with a high degree of honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and dependability. Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and ability to work with others, even in stressful situations. Strong technical background and analytical skills. Should be motivated and able to act independently and with minimum supervision and direction.

    Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar discipline, and five (5) years’ experience in a related field. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications preferred. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Manager of Engineering and Operations.   2. Member Services Representative
    Clearwater Power Company is seeking a Member Services Representative to be responsible for answering phone calls with excellent customer service skills and providing accurate and timely updates to the member database and billing system; must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be willing to work in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with a high degree of respect, trust and accountability and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.  This position reports to the Director of Member Services.

    Candidate must be able to effectively work with a variety of people under difficult circumstances. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  Utility or cooperative experience preferred.  Competitive salary and benefit package.  Education: Minimum high school diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related position.  Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

  3. Propane Installation and Service Technician
    Clearwater Propane Company is seeking a dedicated full-time Installation and Service Technician to install, remove, and maintain tanks, appliances, and occasionally deliver propane.  The position is located at the company’s Lewiston, Idaho facility. Clearwater Propane Company’s commitment to customer service has made us a leader in the energy business.  Clearwater Propane is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Clearwater Power Company.

    Applicant must obtain within thirty (30) days of employment a Class B CDL with the following endorsements: air brakes, hazardous materials, and tanker. Applicant must live, or be willing to relocate within thirty (30) minutes drive time of the Company’s Lewiston, Idaho facility.  Candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma / GED and at least three (3) years of work experience in a related position.  An Associate of Applied Science degree in Appliance Repair, HVAC, or similar discipline preferred. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
